Our SOPs were integrated across every office in 2017, so a study managed in Bogotá or Chennai runs to the same procedures as one managed in Montreal.
Emerging and established markets, both
Expanding into India, Colombia and Poland was about reach, but it was mostly about people. It gave us access to academics, key opinion leaders and investigators we could not have reached from Montreal alone.
That network is what lets us recruit to target in therapeutic areas where patients are scarce, and what lets us adapt quickly when a regulator or a healthcare provider changes what it needs.
