Our history
How we got here
- 1985 — Founded by Dr John S. Sampalis as university-based consulting for pharmaceutical companies.
- 1997 — Expanded to include clinical operations and IT solutions.
- 2005 — Added an internal quality assurance department.
- 2006 — Became a full-service CRO, with quality assurance, monitoring and training.
- 2012 — Expanded into health economics and outcomes research.
- 2013 — Opened the Colombian office, JSS Medical Research Colombia S.A.S.
- 2014 — Merged with Integrated Research Inc.
- 2015 — Acquired Max Neeman International, expanding into Asia Pacific.
- 2016 — Acquired Bonne Santé, a Polish CRO.
- 2017 — Integrated SOPs across every office and implemented remote and risk-based monitoring.
